Level 1 vs Level 2
'Level 1' is a slow trickle from a normal socket — fine for emergencies but too slow for daily use and not designed for continuous high load. 'Level 2' is a proper wall-mounted charger wired on its own circuit, delivering a full overnight charge safely.
What power level?
On single-phase supply (most homes) you'll get up to 7.4kW. On three-phase supply (some landed homes) you can go up to 22kW — but only if your car supports it. We size this correctly during your site survey.
