DC charging

DC fast charging

Where vehicles have to turn round in minutes rather than hours — depots, yards and commercial forecourts. Bigger cabinets, heavier supply, the same certification.

Portable charging

Portable charging

No wall unit and no new fixed circuit — a portable set plugs into an existing industrial socket. Useful where a permanent charger is not practical or not yet approved.

The details

Small things that matter

The parts of the job that do not show up in a spec sheet — like weather protection at the charge port.

A clear Charge N Go rain shield clipped over the charging port of a dark car, tiled floor below.
What else goes into a job

The parts of an installation people only hear about afterwards

A charger on a wall is the visible half. These are the decisions and services that sit around it — each one is a page of its own if you want the detail.

Weather protection

Singapore rain decides where a unit can go and what has to shield it. Cable entry is sealed at the gland, outdoor units are positioned out of driven rain, and our own rain shield covers the charge port itself during a downpour.

Trading in the old unit

Replacing a charger that is too slow, unsupported or wrong for a new car? We assess the old one against the replacement, reuse the cable run and protection where they are adequate, and take the old hardware away.

Grant-eligible commercial work

For electric heavy vehicles, the EHVCG co-funds 50% of eligible charger costs where the applicant qualifies. We scope a qualifying setup and support the paperwork before anything is ordered.

Frequently asked questions

Are these real Charge N Go installations?

Yes. Every photograph on this page was taken on one of our own jobs in Singapore. None of it is stock imagery or a render. We crop images to fit the page, and we mask vehicle number plates, unit numbers and LTA charger registration IDs before publishing, so nobody's home or car can be identified from a photo.

Can I see an installation like mine before I commit?

Usually, yes. Tell us your property type, where you park and which car you drive, and we will show you the closest jobs we have done, including how the cable was routed and where the isolator went. It is the fastest way to picture the finished result before anyone books a survey.

Which charger brands do you install?

We're independent and install twelve LTA-approved brands, so the recommendation follows your site and your car rather than a single supplier's catalogue. This gallery shows a cross-section — tethered and socketed AC wallboxes, vehicle-brand units, DC cabinets and portable sets. You can compare the full range on our brands page.

Do you register the charger with LTA?

Yes. Every AC charger in Singapore must be registered with the Land Transport Authority before it's used, and we handle that as part of the job.

How long does an installation take?

The physical work is usually a single day. Allow 1–3 days overall from the free site survey, depending on the cable run, any distribution board work and scheduling. We confirm a firm date after the survey and complete the Certificate of Fitness on the day.

Why are some photos blurred in places?

Those are deliberate. We mask vehicle number plates, unit numbers, LTA registration IDs and any third-party signage that happened to be in frame. The charger, the wiring and the workmanship are always shown as they were — only identifying details are obscured.
